While we do not accept standard returns, we fully stand behind the quality of what we sell and install. Your purchase is protected by the following extensive warranties:
1-Year Equipment Warranty: All equipment sold by COOLSERVE comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal operating conditions. (Warranty covers directly by manufacturer)
5-Year Compressor Warranty: All equipment sold by COOLSERVE comes with a 5-years warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal operating conditions. (Warranty covers directly by manufacturer)
3-Year Workmanship Warranty: We guarantee the quality of our installation. Our 3-year workmanship warranty covers any issues arising directly from the installation or assembly process handled by our team.
3. What is Excluded from the Warranty?
Our warranties do not cover issues caused by:
Normal wear and tear.
Misuse, abuse, or accidental damage.
Modifications or repairs performed by an unauthorized third party.
Failure to follow standard operating and maintenance instructions.
